PARTNER EVENT HOSTS

For organizations, universities, businesses, development partners, and community networks hosting an official side event during Vietnam Climate Week 2026.

  • Organizations, climate innovators, universities, businesses, development partners, and community networks are welcome to apply. Side events can be hosted in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, or Can Tho.

  • We welcome events aligned with one or more of Vietnam Climate Week's core themes:

    • Climate Partnerships

    • Green Finance

    • Climate Enterprise Showcase

    • Climate-Smart Agriculture & Mekong Delta Adaptation

    Priority is given to events that encourage collaboration and deliver practical outcomes.

  • Approved event hosts are responsible for securing funding, booking venues, and managing event delivery.

  • Official side events receive:

    • Listing on the Vietnam Climate Week programme

    • A digital promotional toolkit

    • An official partner badge for communications

  • Complete the online application form with your event concept, preferred format, audience, and location. Applications are reviewed by the organizing committee, and approved events will be added to the official programme.

STARTUPS & FOUNDERS

For startups, founders, and climate innovators looking to exhibit at the Climate Enterprise Showcase in Ho Chi Minh City.

  • The showcase takes place on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City.

  • The showcase features 50 climate solution booths (free for SMEs and cooperatives).

  • Exhibitors will have the opportunity to:

    • Showcase solutions to investors, corporates, and policymakers

    • Participate in curated networking and guided showcase tours

    • Receive expert feedback through the Climate Enterprise Readiness Bar

  • Select Secure a Showcase Booth and submit your organization profile, solution overview, and climate impact information. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

For anyone attending the free public Climate Enterprise Showcase and programme in Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Yes. General admission to the Ho Chi Minh City Climate Enterprise Showcase and public sessions is free. Advance registration is required.

  • Your registration includes access to:

    • The Climate Enterprise Showcase

    • Keynote presentations and panel discussions

    • The launch of the Vietnam Climate Tech Ecosystem Report 2026

    • Networking opportunities throughout the day

  • After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your event details and QR code for check-in will be sent closer to the event date.

  • The Investment Matchmaking Forum is a curated programme for investors and fundraising startups. To be considered, submit an application through the Apply for Investment Matchmaking registration pathway.
